KINGMAN, Arizona – The collision between a Dallas Cowboys bus and a van killed four people in the van on Sunday, authorities said.
The passengers of the team bus, which carried only staffers and no players, emerged only with “some bumps and bruises,” said Cowboys spokesman Rich Dalrymple in an email to US media.
The two vehicles crashed on U.S. 93, approximately 30 miles from the nearest city of Kingman, Arizona.
The Dallas Cowboys bus was driving to a fan event in Las Vegas. The event was later canceled due to the circumstances.
