Donald Trump awkwardly went in for a kiss with running mate Mike Pence following the latter’s speech at the Republican National Convention in Cleveland.
As the video shows, the Republican presidential nominee entered the stage clapping for Pence. He then shook his hand and attempted an “air kiss” which he immediately pulled away. Pence does not seem to be aware of what happened.
The crowd then took the moment to Twitter, globally trending the hashtag #airkiss.
