#progress #mondaymotivation swipe ⬅ for front view ? #neverskiplegday ? So I Been abit MIA on insta recently because ive been so focused on my training, we been working so hard @francisdiet the Countdown is on ?? #goals Want to train My methods-Email: email@example.com for all online coaching enquiries ? As always my bikinis from @kristenlonie ?
So I found this pic on the left(pics on right 9wks ago) i had to really think back dates this was summer 2014 and since Ive been building strength, eating more & working so hard to build my glutes and the rest of my body! I’m so glad I found this pic because I see how far Ive come .The picture on the right I was happy I was still fit, running, dancing, yoga and gym but i loved being more petite & didnt lift as heavy at this time I was also playing bits of tennis too! ..I had completed my yoga teacher training dec 2013 also and had put alot of my training time into working at my yoga practice too which I love & to progress in my yoga practice I needed to invest time init & i was studying performing arts dance too after the yoga all along side with my personal training business . Dance was long hours practice &study and lifting heavy &putting the 2 hours in the gym everyday wasn’t as possible as now.Plus the technical side of ballet was very intense.. after dance I was even more determined to build my body better for me and try create the curves i wanted..and as i I had the time as dance had finished it was just Personal training & more time for working on my body goals.. I always been athletic shaped & narrow hips, never been curvey or someone who naturally holds fat in my glute area or someone who pops their hip to the side and the booty sticks out lol etc im quite narrow hipped.. I have to constantly work and train my body as my body changes quickly if i don’t.. i train lower half x 5 a week. it’s been constant hard work to get to this point Ive experimented over the the years what works best for what I want to achieve .. I mix up my exercises for glutes & I have my main exercises that target percisely & I continuously work at getting stronger with those exercises to go heavier, i mix up & change reps sets & incorporate my lighter weight exercises inbetween them, Im now currently dieting and pushing my self in a new direction as I have a new goal set in place with @francisdiet we have been planning and I’m looking forward to this new challenge for my self! I have alot of work to do ? Put the work in & anything is possible ? Stay Motivated ?❤
